I got tired of digging through city council PDFs and missing local news because I don't pick up physical newspapers anymore. So I built this site to pull together what's happening in town.

How It Works

With AI tools now available, it's become practical for one person to gather and summarize information from multiple sources. I'm using these tools to scan city documents, local news sites, and public records to find Mustang-related news and present it in a readable format.

Some information is easier to gather than others - city council agendas are posted online, but school sports scores might require more digging. I'll be experimenting with different methods to collect and share information as efficiently as possible.

When other news outlets cover Mustang, I won't be copying their reporting - I'll simply link to their articles to make them easier to find. This isn't a replacement for traditional journalism - it's just a convenient way to stay informed about our town without having to hunt for information across a dozen different websites and PDFs.
