Mustang’s fall curbside cleanup is scheduled for four Saturdays in October, with pickup dates determined by residents’ regular trash collection day.
Residents must have items at the curb by 7 a.m. on their assigned Saturday. Crews will make only one pass, and items may be set out beginning one week before the scheduled pickup.

Check items before setting them out
Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners will be accepted. Hazardous materials, concrete, rocks, bricks, and construction or demolition materials will not be collected.
Brush and tree limbs must be cut to lengths of four feet or shorter and bundled with rope or cord.
Residents with lumber, flooring or fence panels should call the city at 405-376-4521 to confirm whether their materials qualify and how to prepare them. Cutting and bundling requirements do not override the exclusion of construction and demolition materials.
Leave room around the pile
Keep cleanup items away from utility meters, mailboxes, fences and other structures. Piles placed beside those obstructions will not be collected.
Before your pickup Saturday:
- Check the date assigned to your regular trash day.
- Set items out no earlier than one week before pickup.
- Cut and bundle items as required, and keep the pile clear of nearby structures.
- Have everything ready by 7 a.m.; crews make only one pass.
For questions about the cleanup, accepted items or preparation rules, call 405-376-4521.
