Mustang News is a simple news site for people who want to keep up with what is happening around Mustang, Oklahoma.
I built it because I was tired of digging through city council PDFs and missing local news after I stopped picking up the physical newspaper. Modern technology makes it practical for one person to gather information from city documents, local news sites, and public records. I figure that if I want that, other people probably do too.
When there is relevant news about Mustang on another website, I will share the link so you can read the original post. Mustang News is not a replacement for traditional journalism. It is a convenient way to find information about our town without having to search across many different websites and documents.
